Tactics[]
Offensive: Deadly to tanks, recon, infantry, and helicopters of equal or lesser level. Counters everything.
Defensive: Counter with any good AA as they will out-range the Bendis and kill it before it even fires. Alternatively a higher level super-rare aircraft will also do the trick. Beware enemy units in front of the Bendis that your AA may stupidly elect to shoot at as this will probably lead to their swift death.

The Bendis is the ultra-rare version of its family and as a result will have the best stats.
